-sorting all the paperwork and giving each document an unique reference .
-recording in the accounting software /Sage 50 accounts
-generating timesheets for the Employees and passing to the Payroll department
-recording in the software of the payroll reports ( gross wages-net wages-paye due)
-payment allocation: as per bank statements, cash inventories, Directors loan
-aged creditors and debtors reports
-chasing missing invoices in order of maximum vat claimed on Purchases.

1.2 PRICES
Basic rate for bookkeeping services: £30/hour
Price for vat not registered companies : from £100-£400 /month
Price for vat registered companies: from £200/ month -£750/week , depends on:
1.volume of the paperwork( the price for bookkeeping services depends on the volume of transactions not on the turnover of the Company)
2.number of bank accounts used and number of bank transactions
3.time used for searching missing invoices, checks on nominal codes.
